Externally

To ensure their clients benefit from effective, pro-active project management at all stages of a project, resulting in the highest levels of client satisfaction and ultimately the growth of their business

Internally

To provide the project team with the highest level of support so that they consistently deliver their best possible response to any brief. To ensure that budgets are effectively managed throughout the course of every project.

Reporting & Communication Structure 

The Client Manager reports to the allocated Client Director or Client Business Director on specific client-related issues and to the Head of Client Leadership on all other issues.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for this role.
