Who are we looking for?
We’re really proud of our Studio and we’re currently looking for a Client Director for our Amsterdam studio who is responsible for directing and delivering major complex brand projects, incorporating all relevant expertise within our agency.
You will have the ability to have intelligent conversations at senior level leading to mutual trust and excellent collaboration, nurturing existing client relationships as well proactively seeking further opportunities within the client companies. You’re able to provide strategic and creative brand expertise, acting as a true consultant. You’re an inspirational team leader, ensuring the highest level of project delivery and acting as a true mentor to the team. The Client Director reports to the Head of Client Leadership and works with the Client Business Director and or Managing Director as appropriate.
Ideally you’re insightful, entrepreneurial, confident, inspirational, intuitive and personable. Someone who is open to new ideas and has a passion for what we do! You’re an excellent communicator with a strong passion for strategic and creative brand development. You have good judgement and are able to manage expectations both externally and internally. You bring intelligence and imagination to complex brand challenges and are able to maximise client opportunities.
Demonstrate clear gravitas to conduct business at senior level. You take on full responsibility for the relationship with senior client contacts within an existing client company.
Use clear overview and understanding of clients’ business and marketing issues to lead all workstreams, including all relevant expertise we can offer where appropriate.
Lead conversations with clients to keep work going in the right direction for the brand.
Oversee and ensure all workstreams are run efficiently and with momentum, getting stuck in where required.
Have financial responsibility: contribute to the delivery of the agreed target and profitability for the allocated client within the local operating company as per the business plan.
Have an excellent understanding of and a passion for the role of creativity in solving brand and business issues.
Be an adviser to the client on brand issues based on comprehensive understanding of the client’s brand within its business and market context.
Provide day-to-day leadership of the team across all workstreams on allocated clients.
Provide inspiration and encourage the team to dig deeper and think outside of the box.
Work in strong partnership with the other team members.
