What are you going to do?

As an Account Director, you’re a trusted partner for their clients and a driving force behind their work. You lead accounts with confidence, build relationships with ease, and inspire your team to deliver nothing but the best.

What you’ll do with them:

• Lead client relationships and strategic direction

• Connect creative ambition with business goals

• Manage and mentor account teams

• Spot opportunities, inside and outside the briefing

• Help turn good ideas into unforgettable campaigns

What we are looking for?

You bring at least 5 years of agency experience, a calm head in the storm, and a drive to make great work—together. You speak the language of clients and creatives. And you're simply and mostly someone people love to work with.
