Wennker.Amsterdam has the mission to solve today's content puzzles! They create high end productions for both national and international brands and agencies. Primarily they work directly for a brand. Who are we looking for?
For their office in Amsterdam - which consists of a team of producers, offline editors, 3D-ers, motion graphic designers and graders - we are looking for a (senior) producer.
What will you do?
You will supervise large and often complex, multi-asset productions. Because they work directly for (big) brands, it is nice if you already have experience with direct customer contact. Although they often work directly for a brand, it certainly happens that an advertising agency engages them, which makes the function extremely versatile. The senior producer is the link between the customer and the operation of a production.
You are responsible for the entire production process and that it runs as planned. From budgeting to execution and ultimately to a perfect end result. You are responsible for the production, but you certainly don't do it alone, you do it with the support of a production team. You are the most important link between the client and the team. It is therefore important that you can delegate well and that you have experience in this field, and that you are hands-on when necessary. Just like them, you always strive for the best possible result.
What you bring to the table?
For this position, we would like you to have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable and ultimately responsible position. You have experience with (in)directly managing a team and are therefore also an outspoken team player. If you have worked directly for a brand before, this is an absolute plus, but in any case you have experience with producing for agencies. Flexibility, a hands-on mentality, influencing, an eye for detail and collaboration in combination with clear communication are skills that are really needed to make this position a success. After all, you are a connecting and driving force behind their productions. We also think it is important that you can really understand a brand, which ultimately leads to the best result.
